1. Service Description

Scranton Residents Directory is a private reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections related to Scranton, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a public office, court, library, or custodian.

2. Permitted Use

Use the service lawfully. Do not use it or linked information to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, harm, impersonate, or defraud a person; seek a protected address; scrape or republish content at scale; or interfere with service security.

3. Consumer Reporting Notice

Official portals and sponsored providers have separate terms, policies, availability, prices, and data practices. We do not control those external services.

5. No Warranties

The service is supplied as available and without warranties. Links, office details, collection access, dates, and record content can change, and should be confirmed with the custodian.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of this service or an outside resource.

7. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless the operators from claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising from misuse of the service or a violation of these terms.
